Katra August 25. On the occasion of Plantation Drive Day, School of Architecture & Landscape Design, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra organized a Plantation Drive in the University campus. Prof. R.N.K Bamezai, the Vice Chancellor was the chief Guest on the occasion and planted saplings.

In his address, Prof. Bamezai appreciated the initiative of the School of Architecture & Landscape Design and highlighted the significance of such drives which initiated at a micro level can have a global spectrum. The Registrar, Ms. Roop Avtar Kaur, Prof. C.L Razdan and Dr. Vandhana Sharma also planted the saplings on the occasion. All faculty members and students joined the drive following the national mission: Each One Plant one.
