School of Business Economics: Activities

Professor Karori, Director of South Asia Study Centre in the University of Rajasthan, visited the School on 14th October, 2005. Prof. Karori Singh who is an eminent scholar on the South Asian studies, delivered lecture on Learning and Research: Interdisciplinary Perspectives.
School brought out the first issue of the Quarterly Academic Journal, Artha Anvesan, which was released by the Vice-Chancellor Prof. N. K. Bansal on 10th January, 2006. For further details on Artha Anvesan, contact the School Director.
Professor Joseph A. Jeypaul of Loyola College, Chennai visited School during 10-14th January, 2006 and conducted lectures and laboratory for M.Sc. Economics students, Research Scholar and Faculty in the area of Econometrics, Mathematical Economics and Health Economics. Dr. Jeypaul also provided 4 days training on SPSS software package.
